French Story: 30-day refunds

You can request a refund for French Story within 30 days of delivery. Bottles must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with any original seals intact. Opened or tried bottles are not eligible under this offer.

How to request a return

Email sarlnmdistribution@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending your item. We will provide the return address and any applicable return-shipping instructions or costs before you send it.

Your refund

After we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether it meets the conditions above. Approved refunds are issued for the returned item to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.
