What does shipping cost?
Complimentary on orders of $75 and up — which includes every complete ritual. Under $75, a flat $6.95: the honest cost of carrying a small parcel, not a penny of theater.
When will my order arrive?
Orders leave our US fulfillment partner within about 2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States, for now. The house expands slowly, on purpose — if your country isn’t at checkout yet, write to us and we’ll tell you honestly when it will be.
What is the return policy?
A 30-day satisfaction guarantee on everything, including the Complete Night Ritual. If it isn’t for you, write to us — we refund or replace, your choice.
How do I start a return?
One email. Tell us the order and what went wrong — or simply that it wasn’t for you. A person replies within two evenings with everything handled. No interrogation, no forms designed to make you give up.
My order arrived damaged or went missing.
Write to us with a photo if you have one (no ceremony needed if you don’t). A replacement leaves immediately, or a full refund — your choice, our apology.
